- Launched a new Managed Services division for a leading IT infrastructure integrator before taking over as Country Director during a critical period of business decline. Led the company’s strategic turnaround through restructuring, culminating in its successful acquisition by a French investor.
- For the country’s largest digital agency, served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation. Restructured operations and implemented scalable processes to prepare the business for sustained rapid growth. Established a dedicated software development centre in India, significantly expanding delivery capacity and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Led the organisation through a period of rapid expansion, growing the team from 15 to 110 professionals in less than three years while establishing a scalable and commercially successful operation.
- For one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, established and launched a new Consulting & Services business unit for the Belgian market. The launch received extensive national media coverage and quickly positioned the organisation as a significant player in the sector. Led the business through a period of rapid growth, successfully integrating two acquisitions and expanding the team from 5 to 160 professionals within three years.
- For a national utilities company, acted as the executive liaison between business divisions and the IT organisation, resolving long-standing communication and alignment issues while strengthening collaboration across the enterprise. Subsequently assumed responsibility for IT governance, leading the strategic transformation of the IT organisation to support the company’s preparation for a future stock market listing.
- For a leading end-user IT equipment vendor, served as Interim Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Product Development across the B2B and public-sector markets. Introduced a structured Account Planning approach to strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities and support its expansion into the enterprise market.
- For an SME-focused Unified Communications integrator, assumed responsibility for the national Sales organisation following a prolonged period of declining performance. Restructured the Sales and Pre-Sales teams, introduced a renewed commercial strategy and delivered a record number of new customer acquisitions within the first year.
- For one of the world’s largest telecommunications operators, assumed leadership of the local Sales organisation following the integration of two acquisitions. Unified the commercial teams, strengthened the sales strategy and delivered exceptional growth, doubling annual revenue for three consecutive years.
- For the country’s largest supermarket chain, took over a failing consumer mobile application programme involving multiple projects and distributed development teams, including offshore teams in India. Re-established governance, stabilised delivery and successfully brought the programme back on track, delivering the solution on time and to the agreed quality standards.
- For a large industrial cabling manufacturer, specifically serving fighter jet aviation cabling and the aerospace industry, documented the entire company and embedded all necessary quality guidelines and procedures. As deputy to the VP Quality, obtained ISO9001 certification, along with its military AQAP equivalent, in under 18 months.
- For a leading industrial telecommunications manufacturer, designed and implemented a centralised procurement strategy across 44 Benelux branches, significantly strengthening the organisation’s purchasing power and commercial leverage. Successfully rolled out the new procurement policies and governance framework across all entities, ensuring consistent adoption and improved operational efficiency.
- For one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, took over a critical EMEA terrestrial satellite programme that had suffered from prolonged delays and delivery issues. Stabilised the programme, restored momentum and successfully brought it back on track before handing it over to senior programme management. Subsequently established and launched a new business division to support the organisation’s continued growth.
