Lysandris - Dirk De Boeck - Sales Management

Sustainable growth: what we gain, we keep.

Growth that disappears as quickly as it arrived is not growth, it is a spike. My focus as Interim Manager is on making growth sustainable for the future, so that what the business gains today remains part of its foundation tomorrow. I work with a planned approach to go-to-market, starting with a strategic definition of the markets a company wants to keep, the markets it wants to expand into, and the markets it should deliberately abandon. This upfront clarity is what separates sustainable growth from opportunistic wins: it ensures every commercial effort is aimed at markets where the business can build a durable position, rather than chasing revenue that cannot be defended once I move on.

Sales Management: from day-to-day to strategic account growth

The second area is Sales Management, approached with a long-term perspective rather than short-term firefighting. This starts with solid day-to-day team management or divisional management, ensuring the sales organisation runs with discipline and clear direction. From there, I introduce Account Planning per strategic customer, so growth within each key account is deliberately planned rather than left to chance. Within that, I apply Opportunity Planning, defining a specific approach and response for each individual sales opportunity within the account. This layered structure, from team management through account planning to opportunity planning, gives the business a repeatable and scalable way to grow its most important customer relationships.

A distinct approach, consistently proven

This combination of sustainable go-to-market strategy and structured, account-driven Sales Management is a distinct approach, and one that has so far brought me a 100% success rate in every case where I have applied it. It is not a generic sales methodology, but a deliberate framework built to deliver growth that holds.

“Account Planning and Opportunity Planning are key.”
