Lysandris - Dirk De Boeck - Lifecycle Management

Mastering every stage of the process.

Every business runs on a chain of processes: sourcing, delivery, and eventually return and recycling. Too often these stages are managed in isolation, each with its own logic, its own owner, and its own blind spots. My expertise in Lifecycle Management comes from having worked across all layers of a business, giving me the insight needed to streamline the full chain rather than optimise its parts separately.

This insight was built through two distinct experiences. As an ISO9001 quality manager, I learned to look at a business through the lens of process consistency and continuous improvement, examining how quality is built in, monitored, and safeguarded at every stage. As CCO of a large IT infrastructure supplier, I gained a commercial and operational view from the top, overseeing how sourcing decisions, delivery performance, and end-of-life handling of equipment actually connect and affect one another in practice, not just on paper.

Combining these two vantage points, quality-driven process rigour and commercial, cross-functional oversight, allows me to manage lifecycle processes end to end: from how goods and services are sourced, through how they are delivered to the customer, to how they are eventually returned, recovered, or recycled. The result is a lifecycle that is not managed stage by stage, but as one continuous, streamlined process, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and creating value at every step.

“True lifecycle management is not about managing sourcing, delivery and returns as separate jobs, it’s about taking end-to-end ownership of the whole chain, so nothing is optimised in isolation and nothing falls through the cracks.”
